Instructions:

For the dough, place all ingredients in a wide bowl and knead with a mixer (dough hook) to form a dough. Chill.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 2 mm and cut out discs (3 cm ø) with a cookie cutter.

Place the discs on a lightly greased baking tray and push them into the center of the heated oven.

For the cream, mix sugar, yolks, milk, flour and flavoring well and bring to a boil while stirring. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature, stirring several times.
