For the apricot and curd pockets with QimiQ, first remove the strudel dough sheets from the refrigerator and let them rest in the packaging for approx. 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 190 °C.

Stir QimiQ until smooth and mix with the remaining ingredients. Brush each two strudel sheets with melted butter. Cut dough and into 4 equal squares, spread mixture on top and fold in. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake the apricot and curd pockets with QimiQ in the preheated oven on the middle shelf for approx. 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Preparation Tip:

If you don't have QimiQ (only 15% fat) on hand, use 125 g sour cream and 2 additional eggs for the apricot and curd pockets with QimiQ instead!
