For the apple strudel sticks, preheat the oven to 180°C hot air. Peel and grate the apple and mix with lemon juice. Add nuts, sugar and raisins and season with cinnamon and cardamom.

Defrost strudel dough and divide into 6 pieces. Spread apple mixture on the dough pieces so that there is enough space to roll it up.
