Try this delicious cake recipe:

First mix milk, oil and curd until smooth. Now add lemon zest, sugar, egg yolks, baking powder and flour and knead a smooth dough. Leave the dough to rest for 1 hour wrapped in cling film. Then press the dough into a form or roll it out accordingly.

Peel the apples, quarter them and cut out the core. Spread the apple pieces evenly on the dough. Mix the eggs, sugar, sour cream or crème fraiche, juice of one lemon and vanilla pudding powder and pour over the apples.
