Instructions:

Stir apple puree with yogurt and syrup. Whip egg whites until stiff, add powdered sugar, fold into apple puree and divide evenly into dessert bowls.

Stir jam through with liqueur and form a dab of it on each apple mousse portion.

Garnish with soup macaroons and bring to the table on the spot.
