Stir the oatmeal into the milk and heat both.
Stir in the sliced apples as well.
Then leave to swell for a few minutes.
To the apples fits quite excellently 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
If you like it sweeter, stir 1 tsp cane sugar into the warm mixture.
Preparation Tip:
Instead of milk, use soy milk for a change. It is sweeter and you can save the sugar.
