Wash and grate the cucumber, mix with a little salt and leave for 1/2 hour.
Lightly squeeze the cucumber rasps and drain the cucumber water. Mix all the other ingredients well and add the cucumber rasps.
Refrigerate the tzatziki until ready to serve.
Preparation Tip:
Tzatziki can also be prepared with less garlic. Simply use the number of garlic cloves according to your taste. Against garlic smell help a few fresh leaves of parsley to chew.
