First, wash and coarsely grate the cucumbers. Mix in a bowl with a little salt and let stand for about 10 minutes.
In the meantime, peel the garlic, chop finely.
Squeeze the cucumbers well through a sieve. Mix with the garlic and the yogurt, season with salt and pepper.
