For the oatmeal gnocchi whisk egg, mix oatmeal, salt, pepper, parsley and melted butter, let rest for 2 hours. Put the dumplings in salted water with a teaspoon and let them stand for 10-15 minutes, remove and rinse. Sprinkle with parsley.
