Press the oat grains into flakes with the flaker, or use ready-made seeded oat flakes.
Mix the flakes with the sour milk in a bowl.
Mix blueberries with the frutilose and a little cinnamon and add to the muesli.
Preparation Tip:
The oatmeal with blueberries can also be enjoyed with almond milk, rice milk or other. For sweetening any sweeteners are possible.
