For the hadn pancakes, mix flour with a little milk, then stir in eggs and quickly beat in the remaining milk.
Let rest for 10 minutes. Heat pan and add a small dab of oil to the pan (prevents sticking to the pan), fry pancakes nicely on both sides.
Transfer to a plate and place a lid on top (will then not dry out). Spread the hadn pancakes with cranberry jam and arrange a portion of whipped cream with cinnamon sugar on the plate.
