For the chop salad with cheese balls and yogurt dressing, first prepare the dressing and the cheese balls.
For the yogurt dressing, mix the yogurt with oil and a little vinegar, season with salt, pepper and sugar.
For the cheese balls, season the soft feta cheese with honey and form into small balls.
Wash the chopped lettuce, remove the outer leaves and fan them out on a plate. Scatter the radishes on top, sprinkle generously with the yogurt dressing and arrange the cheese balls on top.
Garnish the chop salad with cheese balls and yogurt dressing with the chives cut into fine rings and croutons.

To give the cheese balls a crunchy crust, mix some of the croutons into crumbs and roll the balls in them.
