For the gyros with tzatziki, first season the cut meat with cumin. Place on a plate and mix with the KUNER sauce. Marinate for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, peel the cucumber and cut in half. Scrape out seeds with a spoon. Grate cucumber or cut into fine cubes. Press or finely dice garlic. Mix cucumber and garlic with curd cheese and KUNER mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper.
Place meat in a grill tray and grill on hot grill for approx. 10 minutes, turning. Serve gyros with tzatziki.
