For the dough, mix flour with baking powder, sift into a wide bowl and add vanilla sugar, sugar, salt, eggs and butter.
Knead the ingredients well with a mixer with a hook at the beginning briefly on the lowest speed, then on the highest, then knead on the tabletop until smooth, put it to cool for a while and roll out the dough about 3 mm thick. Cut out the cookies with a round serrated cutter (diameter about 5 cm), place them on a baking tray and brush them with condensed milk.
Garnish with cherries and almond kernels in the form of mushrooms and put the tray in the preheated oven. Bake at 175-200 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
To garnish, sift powdered sugar and stir with water to make a squeezable amount. Use a parchment paper bag to pipe dots onto the cooled cherries.
