For the fried potatoes, wash potatoes and boil in salted water until soft, about 15 minutes.
Peel potatoes and cut into 0.5 cm thick slices. Heat oil in a pan and roast potato slices in it until golden brown.
Season with salt and pepper and serve the fried potatoes.

Refine the fried potatoes with fresh herbs or season with a little paprika.
