For tomato with mozzarella, cut the washed tomato, freed from the stem, into 7 slices, cut the half mozzarella ball into 6 slices and arrange them in a row, alternating with the basil leaves.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and oil on top and decorate with the basil cream and serve.
