For the white bread, first make a steam.
Then mix the ingredients and make a dough. Knead it well and let it rest for at least 20 minutes in a warm place.
Then shape the dough and allow it to rest again for about 20 minutes. Prick or cut the bread, sprinkle with water and cover with a cloth.
Bake the white bread in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Remove the finished white bread from the oven and let it cool.
