Liver put in the buttermilk stand 10 min. Drain in a sieve and then roll in flour.
Steam in sufficiently hot oil (75 °C ) for 3-4 min until liver is browned. Drain and season as desired.
This dish is also very tasty with onions or as an omelet filling.
Preparation Tip:
Fried chicken liver goes well with potato mayonnaise salad.
