Instructions:

For the apple crumble cake, first prepare the crumble. Mix the flour with the cinnamon. Add the butter and crumble with your hands.

Then stir in the brown sugar. For the batter, cream the flour and sugar together until fluffy. Then add the eggs and mix again. Finally add flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla sugar.
