For the kohlrabi fries, peel the kohlrabi and cut into equal-sized sticks. Then coat these sticks in flour. Heat the oil. The oil is hot enough when bubbles form on the handle of a wooden spoon.
Carefully place the kohlrabi sticks in the oil and deep fry for 3-5 minutes until crispy. Drain the fries on paper towels and then salt them.
