For the banana pancake with strawberries, peel the bananas and squeeze well with a fork in a bowl until it is mushy.
Now stir the eggs into the banana mixture and refine with vanilla sugar. Now stir in as much flour until a slightly viscous mass is formed. Melt the butter in a pan and pour in the mixture.
Allow to brown well on one side and turn carefully. When the 2nd side is set, break up with a spatula.
Wash, clean and dice the strawberries. Place on a plate, sugar and arrange with the strawberries.

You can serve other fruits, such as raspberries or even compote, with the banana pancake instead of strawberries.
