PREPARATION Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top heat). PREPARATION Boil plenty of salted water in a pot and cook the pasta in it according to instructions until al dente. Drain and leave to drain. In a small bowl, mix the tomato paste with a generous pinch of oregano and a little water to make a creamy mixture. Grease an ovenproof dish with butter or oil. Add the pasta, the defrosted spinach and the tomato paste and mix gently. Cut the tomato into cubes and sprinkle over the pasta together with the grated cheese. Place the dish in the hot oven and bake the pasta until the cheese has melted.
