Boil the potatoes, strain and let cool slightly. Peel the potato, cut into pieces or slices as desired.
Fry in a pan with heated oil, turning several times until the potatoes are golden brown on all sides.
Serve the fried potatoes as desired.

The fried potatoes can be enjoyed as a side dish with almost all meat and fish dishes. If you roast some bacon with it and serve green salad, the fried potatoes are also sufficient as a main course.
