A great fish recipe to make yourself:
(*) Fiskepudding
Grind the ready-to-cook filleted fish with whipped cream and egg in an electric hand mixer. Add liquid butter, potato flour and dill. Season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Butter a pudding dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs and pour in the fish mixture. Alternatively, you can use an ovenproof dish, which must be covered with aluminum foil. Cook the fish in a water bath in the oven for about 1 to 11/2 hours. The water should only boil down, in no case make.
Make the cooking test with a skewer or a knitting needle. If nothing sticks, the pudding is cooked. Stand for a few min before turning out. Garnish with sprigs of dill.
