For sour dumplings, cut the bread dumplings into thin slices and halve if necessary. Wash the young onion well and cut into fine rings.
Put both in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, stir well and then marinate with a little vinegar and seed oil.
Preparation Tip:
Sour dumplings are wonderful to use up leftovers. Possibly refine with fresh herbs. Instead of spring onion also fit red onion.
