For the pagan cake, beat sugar, butter, yolks, juice and zest of one lemon until fluffy. Lightly fold in the snow of 8 clear, heather flour and grated almonds.
Pour into a greased and floured cake pan, place in the preheated oven and bake. When cooled, fill with cranberry jam.
Preparation Tip:
You can also fill the heathen cake with another jam of your choice.
