For vegan blueberry banana ice cream, first cut the (very) ripe bananas into pieces and put them in the freezer for about 5 hours. Put the frozen bananas in a blender/ice crusher and puree. Possibly add vegetable milk, then it is easier to puree – however, the ice cream then also melts more easily.
Finally, blend in the blueberries. Serve the vegan blueberry-banana ice cream immediately and enjoy.
Preparation Tip:
If you want a firmer consistency, you can put the vegan blueberry banana ice cream in the freezer again for about 30 minutes.
