Apply roast beef rubbing with pepper and salt. Brown on all sides. Next, roast in oven at 200 to 240 co, 1 1/2 h. Whip the cream with a pinch of sugar until stiff. Fold in the horseradish.
Season with juice of one lemon, salt and pepper.
You can also put the roast beef in a Worcestershire sauce and oil marinade beforehand.
Tip: Always use organic lemons for cooking, if possible!
