For the buckwheat with peppers salad, wash the buckwheat and cook in twice the amount of water. For the dressing, peel the oranges and puree them with the walnuts in a stand mixer to make a sauce.
Cut peppers into strips and add on top of arugula, serve sauce extra for dipping. Or dice peppers and mix with the arugula and half of the dressing to make a salad.
Put the other half of the dressing on the buckwheat. Spread cress and serve the buckwheat with bell bell pepper salad.

You can also mix the lettuce with the buckwheat and eat the buckwheat with paprika salad as a salad or lukewarm.
