For gratinated zucchini, preheat the grill or oven. Cut the zucchini into slices about 1 cm thick.
Top with the tomato slices and feta cheese, season with the herbs and place on the grill (or in the oven).
Grill for 5-10 minutes, depending on the temperature. Serve with baguette or white bread.
