Wash and dry the fruit and mint well. Leave the cheese for some time at room temperature.
Place both decoratively, and if necessary cut into bite-sized pieces, on a platter and decorate with the fresh mint leaves.
For the cream, grind the mint leaves, oil, pepper and salt to a fine paste. Mix with whipped cream, yogurt and sour cream.
Serve the mint cream in a nice bowl together with the fruit and cheese platter.
