For stuffed squash, cut squash in half, remove stem end and flesh or seeds. Boil the halves in salted water for 2 minutes.
Then take out and sprinkle with all the spices on the inside. As a filling you can put in what you want.
When the pumpkin halves are filled, bake in the oven at 200 °C for 12 minutes.
Preparation Tip:
Stuffed pumpkin works best with Hokkaido. As a filling you can take, for example, minced meat.
