For the green bean parcels, simmer the green bean in boiling, unsalted water for about 10 to 15 minutes until they are done. Test with a fork – if they pierce easily, they are done.
Drain the green beans and wrap a slice of bacon around three or four green beans. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the green bean parcels vigorously on all sides.
