For the quinoa salad, first cook the quinoa with the water.
Peel the orange and cut it into pieces of about 1 cm. Slice the fennel, onion and leek very thinly. Cut the olives into small pieces. Mix these ingredients together.
Add a little salt and pepper. Season the quinoa salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

The ingredients for the quinoa salad are all variable in quantity. You can leave something out, or take more of something you like very much.
