Try this delicious cake recipe:
(*) for a baking tray of 26 cm ø Spread the baking tray with the dough. Mix well egg yolks, eggs, milk, vanilla sugar, sugar, half of the cornflour and curd. Pour on the dough base and bake in a 220 °C hot oven for 25 minutes until light.
Melt the remaining cornflour with water. Slowly heat the sliced and halved strawberries (with a little sugar if needed). Add the cornflour and stir until the liquid thickens. Cool and spread evenly on the cake.
