Prepare a dough from the given ingredients (except sesame seeds) for the sesame rolls and knead it for about 10 minutes.
Form a roll from about 80 g of dough.
Moisten the surfaces of the rolls and roll them in sesame seeds. Allow to rise for 15 to 20 minutes and then bake the sesame rolls at 250° C for 20 minutes.
