Knead the curd, baking powder, flour, butter and salt into a dough and leave to cool. Roll out to a rectangle about ½ cm thick. Wheel into 3 cm wide strips and brush with egg yolk.
Top each sausage with 2 slices of salami, wrap with dough strips (coated side in) and place on greased baking sheet. Brush with the remaining egg yolk and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Bake in a heated oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
