For the zucchini potato casserole, peel the potatoes and zucchini. Cut into very thin slices.
Brush a baking dish with a little olive oil and lay a layer of potatoes on top of each other like a roof tile.
Then add a layer of zucchini and finally potatoes until you have a total of 5 layers. Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper and pour over the casserole.
Bake in the oven at about 175 degrees for 75 minutes. A 1/4 hour before the end, spread the finely chopped garlic on the zucchini and potato casserole.
Preparation Tip:
The zucchini and potato casserole goes wonderfully with fried or grilled things, such as steaks or fish.
