A bean recipe for every taste:
1. For the water bath, heat a little water in a saucepan. Place a smaller saucepan or metal bowl in it. Break the chocolate into pieces and place in the small saucepan or baking dish form with 2 tablespoons of water. Let it slowly melt in the bain-marie and -repeatedly cool. 2.
Whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold in the still liquid but cooled chocolate.
3. dissolve the coffee powder in 2 tablespoons of lukewarm water. Mix the cream curd with the sugar and the coffee. Add everything together to the chocolate cream form and mix together thoroughly. Good to know: You can cook this dessert just as well with sour cherries from a jar. Drain the cherries well and perhaps reduce the amount of sugar indicated. 4.
Rinse, drain and pit the sour cherries.
