Cut pita bread in half. Place cut side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread tomato pieces on the bottoms. Sprinkle with pizza seasoning, salt, marjoram & pepper. Top one half of bread with drained tuna and onion rings. The other with ham strips and pineapple chunks. Sprinkle a quarter of cheese on the tuna pizza. 3/4 on the ham pizza. Bake both in a heated oven at 200 °C for about 15 min. Garnish with herbs.
Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it’s best to get kitchen herbs in pots – that way you always have everything on hand!
