For caramelized peaches, crumble the amaretti cookies, mix with sugar, cinnamon, a splash of amaretto and juice of one lemon.
Cut the peaches in half and remove the seeds. Place the peach halves on aluminum foil. Spoon a tablespoon of the amaretti mixture into each peach, top with butter flakes.
Gently press the top of the aluminum foil together and grill the peaches for about 8 min. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
Preparation Tip:
If you like, you can drizzle some chocolate sauce over the caramelized peaches.
