Peel and finely grate the parsnips and potatoes. Chard with the stalks cut into small pieces and add to the grated parsnips form. Add eggs and flour and prepare everything together into a crowd. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg (freshly grated). Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry out the pancakes. Serve with a cold yogurt or sour cream and herb dip and crisp salads.

Tip: Use regular or light yogurt as needed!
