Cream: Combine all ingredients up to and including cornstarch and whisk while stirring throughout. Pour immediately into a suitable bowl, cool.

Finish cooking: Reserve a tablespoon of the sour half cream for garnish; mix the rest into the cooled cream. Whip the cream until stiff, fold in exactly. Fill the cream into bowls or glasses.

For the garnish, put three drops of sour cream on the cream form and with a wooden skewer to a garnish.
