For the yogurt ice cream, wash any fresh fruit, chop, puree and pass through a sieve.
Mix yogurt, fruit pulp and honey well with a whisk. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Pour the yogurt mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze for 25-30 minutes. Consume the yogurt ice cream fresh or thaw in the refrigerator before eating.

The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the yogurt ice cream will be!
