For the donuts, first prepare the yeast dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
Roll out the yeast dough to a thickness of approx. 1-1.5 cm, cut out round circles. Then cut out the inner circles again (e.g. with a shot glass).
Let rise for another 30 minutes, heat fat in a deep fryer to 160 degrees and bake the donuts until golden brown.
Finally, briefly dip the donuts in the powdered sugar mixed with water and a pinch of cinnamon.
