For the steaks with vegetable nuggets and mixed vegetables, peel and slice the garlic. Season the steaks and sear them on both sides. Bloody: approx. 2 minutes per side, medium: approx. 4 – 5 minutes per side, well done: approx. 6 – 7 minutes per side.
Alternatively, sear the steak briefly and cook at 120 °C top-lower heat for 3-10 minutes, depending on the degree of cooking.
The core temperature should be 75 °C so that the steak is still pink inside. Remove the steak from the pan, sauté the garlic slices briefly in the pan drippings and deglaze with a little water.
For the side dishes, prepare the vegetable nuggets in the oven according to the package instructions. Steam mixed vegetables in salted water for about 10-15 minutes until firm to the bite.
Serve the steaks with the vegetable nuggets and mixed vegetables with a little roast stock.
