For the pizza dough, pour 500 – 600 grams of flour into a bowl and add 600 ml of cold water. Add salt and crumble in a quarter block of yeast.
Mix well with a mixer until a rather liquid mass is formed. Let it rest for 15-30 minutes.
Then mix or knead the dough, adding the remaining flour in batches until the dough no longer sticks to the bottom.
Place the dough in a bowl with a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Divide the lump of dough into 6 pieces on a floured surface and roll out.
Pour pizza sauce on top and top as desired.

It is best to prepare the pizza dough a day in advance and then process it into pizzas the next day.
