For the pizza dough, prepare a dough from the given ingredients, preferably by hand, and knead well for at least 5-10 minutes.
Put the dough in a bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, covered with a tea towel. Then knead the dough again briefly and roll out the pizza dough.
Top as desired and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C convection oven for about 15 minutes.
