For the pizza dough, mix the yeast with lukewarm milk and sugar and let it rise in a warm place to double its height. (Dampfl)
Knead flour, salt, lukewarm water, oil and the risen Dampfl with the hand mixer, or the food processor to a smooth yeast dough.
Let rise in a warm place until double in size, knead again and roll out thinly. Cover as desired.
