For the smoked trout spread, divide the smoked trout fillet into pieces and bone very well. Mash the sheep’s cheese cubes with a fork.
Mix with the butter, Gervais, curd cheese, trout pieces, chopped garlic cloves and paprika and blend with a hand blender.
Add the finely diced onion and pickled gherkins, chopped dill and season the smoked trout spread with salt and pepper.
Preparation Tip:
If you take smoked trout fillet with skin, the smoked trout spread will be more intense in taste.
